Display & Classified Advertisements + Product Listings

Display: quarter-page, half-page & full-page Full Colour advertisements, placed within the editorial section of the magazine. They will also be entered, as a text version, on our website at www.positivehealth.com under advertisers.

The Classified section in the back of the magazine features classified advertisements, sorted alphabetically according to category and name of advertiser. Series bookings will also be entered, as a text version, on our website at www.positivehealth.com under advertisers

Display & classified advertisements must be supplied on CD-ROM, Zip or Floppy Disk (100MB), PC or Mac format. Please supply your artwork in QuarkXPress 4.1 or earlier, PC or Mac; together with fonts and graphics. All images must be 300dpi or more. All artwork must be CMYK. Please include a Full Colour proof. Advertisements supplied on disk are printed as supplied. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to ensure that artwork will print correctly.

Educational Resource

The Educational Resource (Orange Pages) promotes courses offered by training institutes. Please send your copy — 100 words total including your company name, address, and tel/fax numbers and logo.

All Educational Resource entries printed in the magazine are placed on our website free of charge for the full duration of their magazine advertising run.

Listings are charged at £300 for 3 insertions (minimum) or £500 for 6 insertions (a saving of £100 over the 3 issue price) or £900 for 12 issues (a saving of £300 over the 3 issue price). All plus VAT.

Diary/Calendar of Events or Lineage

(Please note: All prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT)

Entries are charged and placed on a per-issue basis.

The Diary section covers forthcoming events during the month of issue and the months following. Entries cost £20 minimum (subscribers pay £10) for 10 words + 50p for each additional word. Remember to include a contact name and telephone number in your advertisement. Repeats of an entry in the same issue with only a date change are charged at 50%. Payment must accompany listing to ensure inclusion. All plus VAT.

The Lineage section is for advertisements that do not mention forthcoming events. Specifications as above.

Leaflet Inserts

Leaflet inserts at a cost of £200 + VAT for 3,000; £300 + VAT for 5,000.

A4 folded once or twice, or single A5 (all A4 leaflets must be folded by the Advertiser prior to delivery to Positive Health). Leaflets more than 10gm will incur an extra charge. Payment required by copy deadline to ensure inclusion.

Further Information

Cancellation

We do not guarantee a refund if a cancellation is requested by an advertiser; however, we do like to take a reasonable attitude where possible. There is a minimum £20 administration charge.

Copy Deadlines

Please ensure that all copy, logos, artwork, photographs etc. for all forms of advertising are received in the correct format prior to these deadlines. We cannot guarantee insertion of your advertisement nor that you will receive a proof if your copy is late; nor do we accept responsibility for any errors, omissions or incorrect placement regarding any advertisementss, particularly where verbal instructions are given or copy is received after the official copy deadline shown below.

Production

Advertisements should be supplied on CD Rom, Zip or Floppy Disk, PC or Mac format or email production#positivehealth.com. Please supply your artwork in QuarkXPress 4.1 or earlier, PC or Mac with fonts and graphics supplied separately, All images must be CMYK and 300dpi or more. Please include full colour proof of the advertisement. Advertisements can be supplied as a tiff, eps or jpeg at 300dpi or more, or as a 2800dpi pdf ready for print. If supplying eps, ensure all fonts are converted to paths or points. If sending a pdf, please ensure all fonts are embedded.

Advertisements supplied on disk will be printed as supplied, it is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that artwork will print correctly. We cannot accept Microsoft Publisher, PowerPoint, Corel Draw or Microsoft Word Documents.

Invoice Confirmation and Payment

Invoice and Order Confirmation to be signed and returned. Payment by Copy Deadline unless by prior arrangement. All cheques should be made payable to Positive Health Publications Ltd. VAT at 17.5% must be added to all prices shown here. Visa, Access, Mastercard, Amex or Switch payments are also accepted. Please provide card number and expiry date (and issue number and 'valid from' date for Switch cards) and finally, the 3 digit security number on the back of the card.
