EMF Protection with Aboriginal Flower Essences and Floral Oils from Australian Outback
by Clare G Harvey
There is something special about the intensely pungent aroma and the internal strength of the flowering plants found in Australia. Due to their ability to have endured and survived in the harshest of circumstances and climates, these specific flowers and plants found in Bush embody a vibrant energetic pattern and qualities of internal strength which is unique to Australia.
In terms of large-scale exposure to radiation, one only needs to remember Chernobyl and the fact that, 20 years on, the fallout from this disaster is continuing to affect millions of people as it spreads further throughout the food chain and water systems. Especially vulnerable were those countries in its direct path or in the vicinity of the winds that carried the fallout from that fateful day of nuclear power plant meltdown. The republic of Belarus is one such place where the children are now heavily contaminated with high levels of accumulated radioactivity as a direct result of the Chernobyl accident.
A clinical study was conducted on the radiation fall-out, using the Australian flowers in Electro Essence by the specialist team of medical and health professionals from Green Cross Medical Centre’s Radiation Rescue Program. WHO carried out, as part of their health rehabilitation programme, this specific study in order to take care of these children on a physical, emotional and psychological level.
ElectroGuard is the new, updated formulation for today's challenging world. The clinical research involving the children used a radiation rescue program found that the Electro Essence reduced the radiation in the children by 43 percent compared with the control group, which had only a 3.5 percent reduction. These dramatic results were achieved after only two weeks on a dosage of 4 drops twice daily as opposed to the usual 7-drop dosage.

A Unique, Proprietary, and Patented Blend: Drops and Sprits
Now a propriety blend of oral drops and an accompanying sprits has been formulated, using an energetic infusion of exotic flowers and floral oils from the Australian outback and Bush, to clear and protect against the increasing bombardment of adverse electromagnetic energy. Designed, not only for use internally but also for use externally to provide a more enhanced form of protection.
Oral Drops: consisting of: Australian Originals, flowers (Fringed Violet, Crowea, Paw Paw, Waratah, Mulla Mulla, Wild Potato Bush, Bush Fuchsia, White Spider Lily);
External Energetic Sprits: Include the above Flower Essences plus the Australian Originals essential floral oils that have been shown to have a protective against radiation: Cardamom, Sweet Orange, Basil, Cyprus Pine and Rosemary.
Other ingredients: Purified Water, Organic ECOCERT Brandy 27% vol. Free from artificial additives.
Together, the Electro Guard duo pack is proving useful during these times of increased exposure to the negative effect on the system due to the build-up of electromagnetic toxicity from computers, mobile phones 4 and 5G towers, TVs, microwaves, and any other equipment. This has become an urgent issue to address.

The Sanctuary – https://www.the-sanctuary.org.uk/
The-Sanctuary.org.uk is the new website for: ‘The Allan Armstrong Podcast’ and is also a focus for:
- A Chapter of St Raphael, which is part of a contemplative order within the Holy Celtic Church, and
- The Fellowship, a study society wherein members study spiritual traditions and embrace an extensive curriculum of Prayer & Meditation; Healing; Comparative Religion; Liturgical Studies, Spiritual Hierarchies, Kabbalah, and much more.
To learn more about what we do please click on www.the-sanctuary.org.uk
https://www.the-sanctuary.org.uk/
Because of recent world health problems, such as Covid, both the Chapter and the Fellowship now only meet online, on a twice weekly basis via Zoom, and it will eventually post audios of such meetings on the website. Meanwhile, although it is expected that face-to-face meetings will start up again, the online zoom meetings are opportunities to meet and discuss the elements of the curriculum, as well as current affairs, such as recent events in the world at large, which suggest we all must adopt a sustainable lifestyle based upon a sound ecology.
How this might be achieved forms part of the ongoing discussion both within the Chapter and the Fellowship. The main focus of the discussion is how a family or small community can adapt to serve its needs for food, water, energy, housing and healthcare within a creaking system that is becoming unbearably expensive and unsustainable. It does seem reasonably clear that sharing resources on a communal level is of critical importance, examples of which may be found in parts of the world that are very different to ours. How we may adapt, economically, ecologically and spiritually is central to this discussion.
The Sanctuary is also a platform for the podcasts of Allan Armstrong, who was diagnosed in early 2021 with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and Heart failure, brought on by his heart struggling to Oxygenate his blood. Consequently, he is now on Oxygen 24/7 and unable to get out to meet people; thus, in podcasting he has discovered an effective means of communicating.
Further Information
As an author Allan Armstrong writes books and essays on the Western Mystical Tradition. The essays he writes can be heard as podcasts on ‘The Allan Armstrong Podcast’ available on https://allanarmstrong.podbean.com as well as on Google Podcasts, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, Spotify and Samsung podcast apps. Why is Homeopathy so Different from Conventional Medicine
Why is homeopathy so different from conventional medicine? Is it the time that a homeopath is able to give to each individual at a consultation compared with the narrow window of time when one sees or speaks to a general practitioner?
A consultation with a homeopath allows the patient time to explore many problems that they may be experiencing and in so doing a number of issues that may seem insignificant can highlight to the homeopath, what we have already been trained in, that the mental symptoms can produce physical symptoms and this therefore allows us to select the most appropriate remedy. Take grief for example, I have seen many cases where the initial grief appears to be resolved but the patient continually clears their throat but it is not due to a cold or catarrh. The well selected homeopathic remedy will help this person in more ways than one.

At Sayer Complementary Health I offer an on-line course Homeopathy at Home that is designed to advise you how to use homeopathic remedies for a range of ailments, coughs, colds, headaches, exam nerves, etc. Young babies respond very well to homeopathic remedies for teething and colic and even sluggish bowel movements. Starting with a brief introduction of homeopathy, it covers a number of homeopathic remedies along with pointers to the remedies and how to differentiate between remedies that, at first glance, appear to be very similar.
Instructions on how to give/take the remedies are included along with how often they should be repeated. Homeopathic remedies are non-toxic, non-addictive and safe for all ages, unlike some over-the-counter medications where you may be advised not to operate machinery or drive due to the possibility of becoming drowsy. Homeopathic remedies can be purchased from local health stores.
If, after completing the Homeopathy at Home course you feel that you would like to develop your knowledge further and build a career as a homeopath, the Homeopathic Practitioner Diploma course offers you an in-depth apprenticeship style study course spread over three years. This course further explores the philosophy of homeopathy, differentiating between acute and chronic cases and preparing case studies. You will be required to put aside time for self-study and written assignments.
I am also a recognized practitioner of NutriClean, Gut Transformation and Peri-Menopause nutritional health Programmes. With the aid of nutritional supplementation and homeopathy I enjoy working with people and seeing their health improve and the longer-term benefits of staying healthy.
My practice is in Burnham-on-Crouch in Essex but for clients where distance or time constraints could be an issue, I hold consultations via Zoom, Skype, Facetime, etc.

A Beginner’s Guide to ME/CFS for Beginners with Long Covid
A public health crisis is on its way. A public health crisis that threatens economies throughout the world. Long Covid is forcing thousands of workers to withdraw from economic activity, as they become unable to continue in their jobs. This is a double blow to the economy, as they are forced to become recipients of assistance from public or private insurance against long-term disability.
While researchers engage in frantic efforts to understand this complex disorder, the most striking aspect of Long Covid is its similarity to ME/CFS. The US IOM report on ME/CFS concluded that the defining feature of this illness is that ‘exertion of any kind – physical, cognitive or emotional – may adversely affect many organ systems…’. [1]
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Beginners-Guide-ME-CFS-Guides/dp/0957181744
Exertion Is Toxic
The NICE Guidelines for treatment of people with ME/CFS have finally acknowledged that GET is harmful, and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) is not curative.[2] However, those who support the view that ME/CFS, and now Long Covid, are simply problems of false beliefs and deconditioning are fighting hard against the revised Guidelines for ME/CFS, and seem to have influenced some providers of NHS Long Covid rehabilitation programs, which offer psychological support, and exercise programs based in local gyms, which reportedly encourage patients to ‘push through’.
It is not clear whether these services follow WHO advice that patients who have post-exertional malaise (PEM) – worsening of symptoms following exertion – must avoid exercise. [3]
Any programme run without regard for the dangers of exercise, and the importance of rest would risk driving Long Covid sufferers into more severe disability, as has been the fate of so many ME/CFS patients enduring programs of GET.
It is urgent that patients, especially new patients, get the correct information. It may also help them avoid the understandable, but exhausting search for the doctor/the treatment which will cure them. This doctor/treatment does not yet exist.
All we have, up to now, is the power of our own immune system.
Rest is Treatment
Consider this: your body is dealing with a very complex, unfamiliar virus. Our immune system has many ways to counteract this situation, but it needs all your energy to tackle this. It needs your energy, and it needs time. Full recoveries from ME/CFS occurred when patients were prescribed six months of rest. [4]
Exertion is Toxic – Rest is Treatment
This is the central message of A Beginner’s Guide to ME/CFS, but there is another.
In both ME/CFS and Long Covid, oxygen-deprivation due to blockages in the microcirculation can provide an explanation for all the apparently unrelated symptoms. In Long Covid, this is caused by microclots interfering with blood flow in the capillaries. In ME/CFS, hemorheologist Les Simpson found the blood flow problems were caused by non-deformable red blood cells. His recommendations for easily available supplements which helped many patients seem likely to be worth trying for patients with Long Covid. [5]
Two good reasons why this little book is a worthwhile purchase for you, or for anyone you know who is suffering from Long Covid.

‘You might experience worsening of fatigue and other symptoms (described as “crashing” or “relapse”) after minimal exertion. This is described in scientific terms as “post-exertional malaise”, or PEM for short. The worsening typically is felt hours or days after physical or mental exertion. Recovery normally takes 24 hours or longer and can affect your energy levels, concentration, sleep and memory, and cause muscle/joint pains and flu-like symptoms.
‘If you experience PEM, you need to avoid exercise and activities that cause PEM and aim to conserve your energy.’

Inflammaging and How to Prevent It
Cell Science Systems – a Florida based lab- has been busy creating new tests to measure inflammaging and then structuring personalized lifestyle and diet solutions. It’s more important than ever to support immune health and ensure an appropriate response to danger signals as well as recovery after the danger is quelled.
To protect against invading microorganisms and microbial structures expressing PAMPs (pathogen-associated molecular patterns), as well endogenous molecules, DAMPs (damage associated molecular patterns-, foods, oxidative stress, damaged DNA, and others) the innate immune system, is the first line of defense. Components of the innate (non-specific) response include the skin, tears, saliva, bacterial flora, cytokines, and cells, including neutrophils, basophils, eosinophils, monocytes, and others. When the innate response is not successful at combating the invader, the adaptive (specific) immune system is called upon and lymphocytes are activated.
Inflammation
With an acute response of the immune system triggered by infection, inflammation occurs as a natural defense followed by a process of self-healing. Chronic and systemic inflammation, however, triggered by constant physical, chemical, or metabolic stimuli, DAMPs released by damaged cells, and environmental insults, leads to damage of tissues and organs. Excessive and prolonged production of inflammatory mediators plays a role in many chronic diseases; autoimmune disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, arthritis, fibromyalgia, in addition to many others (probably including long COVID as well.)
https://cellsciencesystems.com/
Age Related Chronic Inflammation
Aging and associated chronic inflammation, referred to as “inflammaging,” contributes to significant risk of morbidity and mortality.
Inflammatory burden depletes immune resources, causes cell senescence, drives cardiovascular disease, autoimmunity, and other chronic issues - compromising immune health and reducing protection against foreign invaders.
The new testing involves:
- Testing the responses of the JAK-STAT (Janus kinase Signal Transduction and Activators of Transcription) pathway, an important pathway in all immune cells, playing a major role in transferring cytokine signals from cell surface receptors to the nucleus, and activating genes to create the exact protein needed for the targeted immune response. This pathway tends to be reduced in aging individuals resulting in imbalanced immune responses, poor immune health, and the perpetuation of elevated inflammatory mediators.
- Measurement of key cytokines and chemokines in the blood. These include:
-
- CXCL-9
- CXC-2
- CXCL-2
- OL-6
- TNF-alpha
- IL-1b
- Elafin
- A very important marker and predictor of health, the NLR; or neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio;
- Telomere length assessment.
Many of the consequences common in the elderly population, can be prevented by making lifestyle choices that support the immune system and immune senescence can be reversed.

Turning Point Training – Postgraduate Courses in Craniosacral Therapy and Homotoxicology
Turning Point Training offers postgraduate courses in Craniosacral Therapy and Homotoxicology. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds both in conventional and holistic disciplines. This allows an exchange of information and experience that enriches the learning experience. Courses are mixture of leading-edge, scientifically based theory and clinical and practical tuition. Students are encouraged to explore and develop their gifts and talents in bringing their unique experience to the disciplines taught. Students are thus empowered.
Top: Jonathan Lawrence BA DO Cert Ed and Rosemary Lawrence Dip BFD Cert Clin Hom Cert Ed
Bottom: Craniosacral Course 2019
Small groups help to facilitate this experience. Turning Point teachers are enthusiastic and experienced practicing therapists who keep their knowledge up to date.
The philosophy of Turning Point encompasses the idea that medicine is an art informed by science. We believe that the conventional materialist paradigm is very much out of date and that scientific knowledge has now reached a point where much of holistic medicine can incorporated into a new paradigm.
Turning Point courses introduce the concepts of research and encourage students to critically evaluate current information.
Craniosacral therapy is based on the relation of the relationship between the structure and function of the body and health. Specific, gentle and skilled manipulation can restore the structure-function relationship supporting the patients’ own homeostatic mechanisms. This non-invasive and safe therapy can be used on patients of all ages from the new-born to the elderly.
The Practitioner Course consists of 8 modules over 5 weekends (Friday afternoon to Sunday lunchtime) and 20 hours Zoom support days. In addition, students must complete a portfolio of case studies and complete an exam. Practical skills are assessed during the course. This course is recognized by the CMA.
The 2023 dates are: 25th and 26th March, 15th and 16thApril and 21st May, 30th June, 22nd and 23rd July, 23rd and 24th September.
These courses are led by Jonathan Lawrence
Homotoxicology is based on the idea that disease results from toxic load. In modern life we are subject to toxins from a variety of sources. This has the effect of stressing the immune system leading to ill health. Accurate prescribing can help the body gently detoxify aiding the restoration of homeostasis.
The remedies used are single potency homeopathic remedies or combinations of remedies to achieve a specific physiological response.
There is access to online training via the Society of Homotoxicology, UK.
We provide further courses in Electro Acupuncture According to Voll (EAV) for suitably qualified students. This involves electro-acupuncture assessment of meridians and clinical application of findings. Training is via small tutorial groups led by Rosemary Lawrence. For 2023 dates email enquiries@turningpointtraining.org
