Transformation through Essences: Flowers of the Orient - Decode/recode Set

By the very nature of what flower essences are and what they symbolize, not only are they a delightful gift to mankind, they are designed primarily to enable us to access our ability to effect change and transformation in our lives at the most fundamental level. When we come into this life we choose a stream of ancestral consciousness that contains within its DNA, the very imprints we need to experience this world of contrast, negative and positive, karmic patterns and challenges, that specifically suit our needs to discover what it is, means to be human, why we are here and what is our purpose on the planet.

Red Torch Button Ginger, Parakeet Paradise Flower and White Orchid Queen of the Night

Red Torch Button Ginger, Parakeet Paradise Flower and White Orchid Queen of the Night

There are flower essences of a certain order of frequency that particularly lend themselves to assist in this process. This set of stock essences originates from my journey to the remote and pristine areas of the Orient: Thailand, Bali and Phuket, and is designed to be taken either subsequently or blended together to effect the change you envisage and want to see in life.

  • Bougainvillea: Creates a direct re-connection with your spiritual self-Encouragement for when you are flat line-ing in life, feeling disconnected and out of sync.
  • When at times you can slip back into struggling with self-limiting mind concept that we are a body with a spirit rather than a spirit with a body!
  • Sacred Banyan Tree: A decoder which helps to re build, re-invent your selves. A decoder in order to re-code at the fundamental DNA level [ancient conditioned patterns] past life carry-overs. Encouraging  the ability to re think outside the box A fast acting, helping the cells to get the message Passed on negative patterns are not set in stone, you can be the change you want to be re build, re-invent almost on a daily basis
  • Hibiscus: Calms the nerves, stabilizes the inner core. With major shifts & change its crucial to keep the matrix of the nervous system stable, a flexible stability is needed. Calms the nerves, stabilizes the inner core, encourages the mind to take a rest Relaxing and cooling the nerves, recharging & refreshing, it maintains the integrity of the nervous system especially in times of stress and high demand.
  • Red Torch Button Ginger: Regeneration & repatriation with spirit, taking back control & helps with reintegration with one’s unique role in this life. Ignites the internal flame of the warrior’s dynamism, strength and tenacity for life.
  • Parakeet Paradise Flower: Creates space for renewal and fresh hope Freedom, the apprentice at learning to fly. Giving oneself permission to fly free, flying free whilst hanging onto the thread of life, especially in relation to our unique direction and purpose in life.
  • White & Pink Lotus: creates the totality of what it means to be a human spirit! Both white & pink Lotus resonate with the DNA & Blueprint of the human self The white connects with yang active human expression and the Pink connects with the yin receptive aspect of human expression Together they create the totality of what it means to become a human spirit!
  • White Orchid Queen Of The Night: re-connection with the true self. Re-connection with the silver cords/gold threads of life and a powerful re-connection with the multi-dimensional self. Enables being able to move more smoothly between the dimensions & realms and reclaim our rite as a multi-dimensional multi Being of light
  • White Spider Lily: multi-levelled protection during transition, umbrella-like form protection from deep within. Strengthens the inner core & auric field, so defensive energy is utilised elsewhere. The subtle system adjusts to a natural, more refined form of discernment enabling accurate filtering and protective abilities. Softens & dissolves over protectiveness as result of trauma and shock. Readjusts &, magnetises the aura drawing in positive life-sustaining Qi while providing multi-levelled protection.

By being able to release ancestral and karmic patterning that is lodged within the DNA  & which gets passed on down generation to generation,  not only do we have the opportunity to change-it-up & arrest negative family karma, giving the next generation a cleaner slate  but our life’s path can become clearer, stronger more grounded and sustainable and we too can navigate our lives with more ease!

Heavy Metal Detox with ACZ Nano

Heavy metals are some of the most potent toxins on the planet; our need to be detoxed from these harmful metals is more important than ever. The ACZ Nano formula was born out of the need for highly effective detoxification agent to meet a demanding list of criteria. These are:

  • Oral administration; Rapid absorption into the bloodstream;
  • Selectively binds all toxic heavy metals & free radicals, including  Mercury & Lead;
  • Irreversibly binds toxic heavy metals and free radicals of all types;
  • Does not bind nutrient metals such as Calcium, Magnesium, etc.;
  • Immediate, profound benefit; Safe for long-term use; Backed by independent research.

Kill Time Studies + Provocation Testing

ACZ Nano is a natural volcanic ash that mechanically binds the metals into its cage-like structure. It has been cleaned with a proprietary process 4 times to remove any contamination and independent testing shows it to have below detectable levels any contamination. It has also been pretreated with calcium, magnesium and potassium and will give these important nutrients to the body as part of the detox process. ACZ Nano is the only Zeolite on the market with over 20 independent post provocation studies to prove how effective the ACZ Nano is in increase urinary excretion of heavy metals. In one of the studies, the patient saw an immediate 1000-fold increase in excretion in Mercury over 12hrs of taking the spray. There is a problem with agents like DMPS, EDTA, Chlorella and Cilantro in that some of the toxins that are mobilized will then migrate to other parts of the body, which is especially bad news if they migrate and re-deposit to the brain. So one of the big advantages of ACZ Nano over these other chelating agents is that because the toxins are tightly bound to the zeolite cage none of the metals can be deposited in to other parts of the body. ACZ Nano is easy to take, with no taste, just spray a few times into your mouth and hold for 1 minute, it will be quickly absorbed through the oral tissues and get to work reducing the body of its toxic burden.

Bloomsbury Alexander Centre - Centre of Excellence for Alexander Technique

  • Sitting long hours at a desk behind a computer;
  • Spending prolonged periods of time on mobile devises for work and social media;
  • Punishing exercise regimes;
  • Physically demanding jobs that require heavy lifting, awkward postures, physical excerption and dexterity;
  • Dealing with the physical demands of pregnancy and early parenthood.

These are but a few of the reasons why we are increasingly facing more acute and varied physical ailments such as back and neck ache, headache, RSI, voice loss, difficulties with breathing, anxiety and many more.

The Alexander Technique more than treating the symptoms and temporarily alleviating them is a wonderful method to learn and develop the skills for long-lasting wellbeing.

With verbal instruction supported by the gentle and highly skilled physical guidance of the Alexander teacher’s hands, the experience of an Alexander Technique lesson is not just an inspiring learning process but a pleasant and comforting one that seems to have profound effects on the central nervous system.

The Bloomsbury Alexander Centre, established in 1986, is a centre of excellence offering private lessons, courses and workshops to cater for the individual interests and needs of every person. Fully qualified and highly experienced teachers are available every day of the week to welcome anyone who wants to find out more.

“It is no exaggeration when I say that the Alexander Technique has changed my life. I sought out the Alexander Technique to alleviate the pains caused by bruxism, only to be gently introduced to a whole new way of relating to my body as an entity.

“Re-learning movement made me appreciate my body and enjoy improving the related function of the muscular system: the maintenance of posture and body position. If this sounds dry and dreary, let me assure you that the practice and teaching is anything but, it is an enjoyable journey of discovery”

Journal of the Alchemical Society

by RA Gilbert (Editor), Mark Morrisson (Foreword)

Published by Imagier Publishing. 2017. Hardback. £45.00. ISBN 1910216267.

The Alchemical Society included luminaries such as Arthur Edward Waite, Herbert Stanley Redgrove and Isabelle de Steiger. This formidable group provided a forum for a wide spectrum of people scientists, historians, occultists and mystics, who shared a common interest in various facets of alchemy.

Journal of the Alchemical Hardback

This is still one of the best introductions to a complex subject, and is eminently understandable by the casual reader. It may have been written one hundred years ago and more, but it is one of the best-informed books on the subject I have ever read! Having read numerous books on the subject I can only say that the Journal is an enlightening read from cover to cover, and the support material included is thoughtfully presented. I cannot thank the publisher enough for re-publishing this amazing book.

In addition to the fascinating and informative papers delivered at the society’s meetings with all the subsequent discussions, this complete edition contains all of the material printed within the Journal, including book and periodical reviews, reports of each meeting, the Constitution and Rules of the society, lists of officers, and the original index. The Alchemical Society which was active from 1913 to 1915 prematurely came to an end because of the First World War.

The papers are supplemented by new supporting material, in the form of an historical introduction, brief biographies of all of the contributors, a bibliography of their relevant publications, a brief annotated list of recommended further reading, and a general index. A number of illustrations have also been added to the occasional diagrams of the original text, including portraits, facsimiles and views of the society’s two meeting places. This publication is further enhanced with a Foreword by Professor Mark Morrisson, the author of Modern Alchemy: Occultism and the Emergence of Atomic Theory (2007), in the preparation of which he made real use of The Journal of the Alchemical Society.

The Journal of the Alchemical Society is available in paperback, price £27.50p Alternatively, a run of one hundred copies of The Journal of the Alchemical Society has been issued in hardback format. hardback price, £45.00 (hardback copies will be numbered and inscribed). The Dove Clinic - Always Looking at Innovation

Since it was launched nearly eighteen years ago by Dr Julian Kenyon, the Dove Clinic has continuously looked at improving the services it offers to its patients. Many patients who present at the Dove Clinic, come with difficult to treat (and often long-term chronic) conditions.  New treatments are always thoroughly investigated, and risk assessed before they become part of the Clinic’s treatment protocols and are then evaluated once they have been in operation. Wherever possible, observational studies on new treatment methods are written up with a view to publishing and/or sharing with other medical professionals.

The Dove Clinic - Always Looking at Innovation

When the Clinic first looked at Faecal Microbiome Transplant (FMT) just over two years ago, gut health was nowhere near as prominent as it is in the media and the scientific journals today. In 2016, the Dove Clinic converted a treatment room into one specifically designed to offer this treatment.  From November 2016 we started offering this treatment and now eighteen months on, the treatment is used on a number of patients as part of their treatment protocols.

Many patients have reported almost immediate benefits from the treatment; as patient numbers continue to grow, Dr Kenyon will look to publish his findings regarding the effectiveness of this treatment. As well as anecdotal feedback, the Clinic uses a 16s microbiome test to measure the diversity of the patient’s microbiome. In recent times this test has become less costly, so it can be used more frequently as part of the diagnostic and evaluation tools available to the doctor. Dr Kenyon has also undertaken some research to evaluate the clinical relevance of 16s microbiome testing.  He is planning to publish this research shortly.

As with all existing treatments, the Dove Clinic is always looking at ways to improve upon the current treatment offerings. That can come from a clinical team review of the protocol and clinical outcomes, or from looking to identify more cost-effective sources for medications used within the treatment protocols.  As a significant number of these treatments require medicines approval (under the ‘Specials’ scheme) from the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency), it is paramount that quality is maintained wherever a change is considered.

Further Information

The Dove Clinic is always happy to provide information to fellow medical professionals.  In the first instance, please email Dr Kenyon, via his secretary on secretaries@doveclinic.com  www.doveclinic.com

Munro Hall Clinic - Safe Mercury Detoxification

The obvious source of mercury toxicity in the body is dental amalgam fillings, but also medical vaccinations, our environmental exposure, eating sea food and certain fish, all contribute as mercury contaminants. With so many sources of heavy metal and mercury exposures, one would not be blamed for being overcautious in questioning our surroundings.

Amalgam Mercury+Munro Hall Logo+Dr Bita Fox

As many of us are aware, our gut acts as a relatively good protective barrier against these things provided it is healthy, but the lungs are a particularly poor organ in this respect and are unable to filter out mercury that is inhaled. For this reason, dental patients considering amalgam removal must ensure this is untaken by an experienced dentist who specializes in safe mercury removal using breathing equipment and detoxification protocols, to avoid a situation that could potentially do more harm than simply leaving the amalgam filling in situ. One must, therefore, commit to thoroughly researching and finding a dentist who strictly adheres to these principles.

Following the safe removal of any amalgam filling, you then need to consider what to do next? The half-life of mercury bound in fatty tissue can be a decade or longer, but there are treatments that can be used to speed up this process and assist with the extraction of these toxins.

The effects of high dose Intravenous Vitamin C as well as Glutathione (the ‘mother’ of all anti-oxidants) is well known to a degree, and how they bind to mercury to facilitate the safe delivery out of the body. Another technique that has recently seen an increased degree of interest given its non-invasive nature, is the positive effect of exposure to (near) infrared light. This particular wavelength of light aids the body with sweating out heavy metals such as mercury, Cadmium, Arsenic, Aluminium (among others). It also enhances the function of white blood cells to promote immunity, helps improve lymph circulation, and can be more broadly used to promote the healing of wounds and pain relief.

Near infrared light with a penetration capacity of about 7 inches, and full-spectrum light emission that operates at around 850 nm, where it will stimulate mitochondrial regenerative capacity is the best variation. It is also known for its anti-ageing benefits and is great for skin rejuvenation. It is a fantastic, non-invasive, EMF free, and highly effective detoxifying method that should be considered following dental amalgam fillings removal, and for other more general post-operative procedures.

A Beginner’s Guide to Lifting Depression; A Beginner’s Guide to ME/CFS

If you are depressed, that critical inner voice that provides a subliminal backing track to all of our lives is making you miserable by telling you lies. You can contradict it with ‘positive affirmations’ ‘til you’re red in the face...you still don’t believe them. This inner critic is repeating stuff you heard in your childhood - from parents who didn’t think well of themselves, were trying to protect you, or were overwhelmed by their own issues and catastrophes.  It’s trying to help, but making your life a misery isn’t a very good way to do it. It’s like the parent who keeps shouting “you’ll get run over” instead of teaching you how to cross roads safely.

Covers Lifting Depression and ME-CFS

A Beginner’s Guide to Lifting Depression teaches you how you can change the voice itself, how you can begin to notice what is true about yourself - that you are a good person, striving to do your best. It offers strategies for dealing with those in your life who are both demanding and critical: who do not reciprocate your kindness and goodwill.  You are not mad, you are responding to very challenging life events.  This book is not an invitation to continue painfully dwelling on those events.  It offers very practical help in changing your everyday suffering into control, self-worth, and even happiness.

A Beginner’s Guide to ME/CFS demonstrates that you are the very opposite of depressed, regardless of what your doctor may be saying.  You are a highly motivated, active person who has found yourself, either progressively or rather suddenly, after a mild viral illness (or surgery, an accident, or a traumatic life event), completely incapacitated, with a whole range of symptoms.  Your lifestyle has always been very physically demanding, and you rarely go to the doctor, preferring to soldier on through illnesses and injury. Now when you try to soldier on, you just get sicker.  You have always believed that keeping going will help you get better, and as your efforts make you even weaker and less able to function, your whole sense of reality can feel turned upside down. Even though your doctor may identify your disease as ‘ME/CFS’ he or she may tell you they ‘don’t believe in ME’.  And you can’t, either!  You may be desperate to believe his view, backed up by the NICE Guidelines, that this is a psychological problem...you just need to change your belief that it is anything serious, and gradually increase your activity.

In fact, ME/CFS is a serious, disabling chronic disease which, according to the US IOM report, is defined by the fact that “exertion of any type, physical, cognitive or emotional, may adversely affect many organ systems.” It is not a psychiatric condition. Too late, your own experience, backed up by that of other sufferers may teach you that any sustained attempt to increase exercise will result in deterioration into severe or very severe ME - complete incapacity, intractable pain, seizures, fluctuating paralyses, extreme sensory sensitivity. I hope that you will discover my book long before matters reach this stage.

The original infectious diseases consultants urged complete rest from the inception for the best prognosis.  This makes sense:  signs are that this disease is a complex immune response to some ongoing pathogen.  Our immune system needs enormous amounts of energy to fight disease, this is why we feel sick and go to bed.  Medical science as yet has no definitive treatment for ME/CFS.

A protracted period of as complete rest as possible gives our immune system the best chance. A Beginner’s Guide to ME/CFS explains and supports you and those who care for you in making the changes that can stop the downward path, redirecting you towards getting better.

Oregano Flower Essence

Oregano essential oil has a long and impressive list of therapeutic uses, which includes antioxidant, anti-allergenic and anti-inflammatory, but what about Oregano flower essence, what can it be used for? Flower essences have much less influence upon the physical body than essential oils, rather their major impact is upon the subtle anatomy, which is often referred to as the aura or light body.

Oregano Flower Essence

Within the subtle anatomy, there are tens of thousands of magnetic polarities that are subjected to a constant rapid flux.  Within certain areas of the subtle anatomy, the energy flow between the polarities can become sluggish and possibly static at one or other of the poles.  The aura loses its vibrancy, has a duller hue.  On the mental and emotional levels, this gives rise to such traits as reluctance to change, possessiveness, fixed opinions and the desire to own and dominate, while physically the body develops stiffness and rigidity.   By taking four drops of Oregano flower essence, four times daily, this flower remedy will work directly upon these affected areas, allowing the polarities to ebb and flow once more in a constant state of change.

We come into the world with such a tenacious grip on life only to be forced to relinquish it at the end - we are born to die.   We gain so much from stamping our imprint on life, controlling destiny, standing in our power, acquiring what we want.  And yet in doing so, we know it must all crumble to dust in our hands at some point.  From a higher perspective, we gain more strength through the adversity of loss, not less.  All who seek healing come with their bundles of fears, anxieties and weaknesses.  The relaxation any form of treatment offers allows them to put their burdens down, for a short time at least. The deeper their relaxation, the greater the depth the healing can reach into their being.  However, there are those amongst us who are resistant to deep relaxation, fearful of moving their will to one side: their tenacity has turned to intransigence as they hold on, stay in control.  They are frequently suspicious of another’s competence so may well lack trust even in their therapist.

Suggested Uses for Oregano Flower Essence

  • for those who are experiencing difficulties in unburdening themselves, crying or releasing pent-up emotions;
  • on those carrying a lot of  psychological ‘baggage’ around with them
  • when we are unable to fully let go and relax into the moment
  • for those who desire to direct the therapist, keep their hands on the reins of power
  • at least once in a series of treatments for it will increase the depth to which the subconscious mind lets go to the healing process.

The Iliopsoas: The Irresistable Center of Existence!

There are structural theories and therapies relating to our anatomy. And there are energy theories and therapies. So far the two have been evolving in parallel, without much conscious interconnection. Yet since people are both structure and energy, it is common sense to say you are addressing health incompletely if you only work with structure or energy! It is imperative for our clients’ health and growth that we learn how to work simultaneously with structure and energy. This is the essence of the work I teach.  People need to know - in their very bones - that the full range of their experience is honoured.

The Iliopsoas: The Irresistible Center of Existence!

So how does this relate to the iliopsoas, its neighbours, and how to approach them? First, let’s look at some fascinating facts that establish the structural centrality of this muscle and the area it lives in. Did you know that the psoas has two layers: superficial and deep? Between these two layers is embedded the lumbar plexus of the nervous system! It has been reported Ida Rolf believed the most important reason to work the psoas is to enliven the lumbar plexus.

Did you know the iliopsoas is (with piriformis) the only muscle running from the upper body to the lower body? The psoas is the muscle which initiates every step you take. The psoas originates as high as T12 and interweaves at its origin with the diaphragm! So working the psoas activates the experience that each step originates from a place as high as your diaphragm!

Forward flexion of the trunk is the single most devastating postural distortion. The rectus abdominis and, deep to it, the iliopsoas are the primary muscles that, when they are lengthened, provide the most direct way to restore length to the front torso. Most therapists are reluctant to address the abdomen in any detail, yet it is the most structurally significant area of the entire body!!!

The iliopsoas attaches not only to the vertebral bodies but also to the intervertebral discs. So, by addressing the psoas, you may help prevent disc compression and make a healthier context for healing disc injuries.

Now let’s explore the energetic world of the iliopsoas. By its span and unique relation to the thigh, the pelvis, the back and abdomen, the psoas contributes to the coordinated actions of the first, second, and third chakras. This means that the psoas and its environs may be vital to grounding, healthy sexuality, life excitement, and self-support. The center of our energetic world lies nearly at the intersection of the psoas and iliacus. Asian medicine understands this place as the origination place for our energy - the “hara” or “tan-tien.”

The realm of the psoas is therefore not only the origination for every step you take, but also the origination point for the forward movement of your life. It is literally and figuratively the center of your structural and energetic world!

Hericor-MRL to Reduce Neuroinflammation

Mycology Research Laboratories Ltd (MRL) announces the launch of a new powder product called Hericor-MRL.

DWIP Hericor-MRL 250

Hericor-MRL is a biomass powder containing Hericium erinaceus (50%) and Coriolus versicolor (50%) jointly providing three important enzyme groups that reduce neuroinflammation by increasing anti-oxidant activity and acting as a probiotic.

The three enzyme groups are:

Enzymes that prevent oxidative stress:

  • Laccase
  • Superoxide Dismutase (SOD)

Enzymes that prevent cellular growth:

  • Protease
  • Glucoamlase

Enzymes that promote detoxification:

  • Peroxidase
  • Cytochrome P-450
  • Cytochrome P-450 reductase

The product presentation is a 250 g tub with a 2 g spoon; the recommended supplementation is 6 g per day for adults. Over the past four years, the University of Catania (Italy) has found that in rats supplemented with either Coriolus versicolor biomass or Hericium erinaceus biomass experience an increase in the level of Lipoxin A4 (LXA4).

LXA4 is an endogenous eicosanoid, produced by arachidonic acid metabolism endowed with anti-inflammatory properties in different inflammatory syndromes, such as periodontitis, nephritis, arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease.

LXA4 blocks the productions of pro-inflammatory mediators including free radical oxygen and nitrogen reactive intermediates (ROS/RNS) and acts as an endogenous “breaking system” in the inflammatory process.

The objective of the supplementation is to reduce inflammation cascade that is linked to neurodegenerative conditions.
