Anger Only Creates Problems if You Fight Against It – Nevsah Karamehmet Breath Expert

Anger only creates problems if you are fighting against it. This is basic psychology:  Human emotions are not a problem for those who can accept and embrace them. Emotions become problems when we start resisting to them. As a result, you can lose control of yourself if you have a big resistance to your emotions. Think about a child, who is free to express his anger and who experiences it only for a few moments and then it is gone. For children, it never feels like the anger of an adult, it is just life energy passing by, and it is very healthy and alive.

Nevsah Karamehmet Breath Coach

Years and years of ‘suppressed anger’ are the real problem, and this is why we should talk about the negative effects of suppressed anger. Anger becomes a huge problem if we are not accepting it and running away from it. Every time we suppress our anger, we are actually suppressing a form of life energy and creating negative energy in our system.

Suppressed emotions do not go anywhere but stay in our energy field, creating problems in our lives. If you have supressed anger in your energy field, life will bring you more anger, so people who have suppressed anger in their systems will always have problems.

I have worked with more than 10,000 people in the past 20 years: people who have suppressed anger also develop physical problems because anger affects our bodies and ruins our organs.

We should learn to accept our humanity and embrace our emotions. We should learn to stay in our anger rather than try to escape from it so that it is just an experience even if it’s something negative that destroys our mental health.

This is why learning how to stay with your anger and breathing into it are the key. You can do it through meditation, breath practice and all kinds of acceptance work. We use all these methods in our courses.

Hypnosis For Success Prevents Hypnosis For Loss – Hypnotherapy Training International

We do not have a choice as to whether we use our imaginations.  Even in sleep, we dream, our imaginations generating stories and images, often full of drama and emotion, using our memories, and information we have gathered from different sources, as raw materials.  When awake, our imagination is always working, sometimes in the background, sometimes in the foreground, of our awareness.

HTI

When the kind of mind process we have going on is focussed, rational, paying attention to evidence, such as working out which flight we ought to take to travel somewhere and how much we have to pay for it, we can say we have our critical faculty switched up, and our imagination is a background noise.  Yet it can still break through, interfering with our “rational” processes in ways we often do not notice – marketing research tells us that a large number of purchasing decisions are made on emotional grounds and advertising is often pitched at imagination and its strong emotional content rather than reason.

We also, most of us, have times when we deliberately dial down our critical faculty, and let our imagination loose, stimulating it according to our choice, by watching movies, reading fictional books, listening to music which changes our mood, and other imagination-based resources.  So we are usually at least partly aware of our imagination, and the emotions that it connects with.

For most of our childhood, and often continuing into adult life, we often have little choice about many of the experiences that make an impression on our imaginations. Family dynamics, social circumstances, events in our personal histories, make an impact on our impressionable, active young imaginations, before we have a well-informed or skilled critical faculty in our minds to select and interpret for us.  Once an idea is lodged in our imagination – say, that if we were successful we would probably become a bad person, or bad things would happen - it is very difficult to dislodge it, except by a targeted, imagination-based counter-idea presented to the non-rational subconscious mind in a way that makes as strong an impression as the original idea.

Even if rationally, we know that the original idea is wrong, the internal connections between the rational and emotional, subconscious, parts of our mind, often do not work to root out the original concept. Hypnosis, properly performed, opens up the subconscious mind, and enables strong impressions to be made. A skilled hypnotherapist can engage, as in an inner drama, with the subconscious and facilitate the connections that get the message through.  This is Advanced Analytical Hypnotherapy – many sub-divisions and spin-offs of it have been and are promoted, however in its original, authentic form it is an intensive method of partnering with the client’s natural processes, to transform the great emotional energy of the subconscious mind, from generating loss and limitation, to generating success and fulfilment.

Migraine – Help with Natural Migra-Cap Device

What is a Migraine?

A migraine is a throbbing, intense headache in one half of the head. It can affect people of all ages. The cause of migraine is not known. During an attack, the blood vessels in the brain dilate and then draw together with stimulation of nerve endings near the affected blood vessels. These changes to the blood vessels are probably what cause the pain, but migraine headaches is a condition that is poorly understo

Common Migraine (without aura)

Migraine triggers include:

  • Environmental Factors – Pollution

Impact upon Daily Life?

Migraines have a substantial impact on both personal and working life. Migraines account for approximately 57 million working days of absenteeism, costing the economy almost £32billion when added to medical expenses. Sadly there is as yet no miracle cure but it is possible to bring the condition under control.  Many people treat their Migraine with simple pain killers purchased from the chemist or prescribed by their GP.  Many sufferers feel dependent on medication and appreciate the availability of a non-drug alternative; Cold and dark therapy, herbal remedies, homeopathy, acupuncture, reflexology, aromatherapy, and various techniques which encourage relaxation have been helpful for some people.

Developed by a Migraine Sufferer for Migraine Sufferers

The Migra Cap® is unique amongst migraine treatments as it combines cold therapy and complete darkness to provide relief from the pain associated with a migraine and most types of headaches. This 2-in-1 migraine solution is unique for any Migraine treatment product with the added benefit of being a one-off purchase. What’s more, this drug-free product is also ideal for pain relief during pregnancy.

Tips for Avoiding Claims on Your Insurance

Towergate Insurance have provided professional liability insurance to clients for over 30 years and our knowledge of the sector means that we can provide advice and guidance on how best to protect your livelihood. In the unfortunate instance of a client trying to sue you, having a professional liability insurance policy in place can help to protect you and take care of the costs in a compensation claim. However, most people would prefer to avoid a claim altogether, as the process can be very consuming and stressful. These quick and easy tips could help you minimise your risks.

Working from home + Towergate Logo

Keep Notes and Work To A Brief

We see a lot of claims where a consultant is working for corporate or business clients and there ends up being some ambiguity about the work that should be carried out.

Often, any confusion can be avoided by working to a detailed brief. If a client is unwilling to provide this for you, we advise that, instead, you prepare one and send back for your client’s approval. This way, you are still working to an agreed brief and, if the client changes their mind later on, or realises that they have made a mistake, they are less likely to be able to try and blame you and your services.

Keep Your Place of Work Tidy

As well as presenting a professional image, having a clean and tidy work space can reduce potential health and safety threats to your client. For example, if a client tripped over a briefcase you may have left lying around, or injured themselves whilst meeting you on business, you could be held liable for their injuries and any other costs such as loss of income.

Be Mindful of Copyright

A lot of claims that we see are regarding breach of copyright; if you use any photography or text on your website, or on promotional material, you should always ensure that they are not subject to any copyright or licence agreements.

Client Confidentiality

Most of our customers know the importance of client confidentiality, but we do still see some claims coming in where confidentiality has unintentionally been breached.

If you have clients who you also know on a personal level, it’s important to keep clear boundaries between your work and personal relationships. Anything that clients disclose to you in your professional capacity, must be treated as confidential.

Professional Liability Insurance

Towergate Insurance specialize in providing insurance for busy professionals.

Sun 17th Mar: 10:00 - 18:00

25 Percy Circus London WC1X 9EU

Tickets: ANP Members – £65.00; Non Members – £135.00

What makes a cancer treatments or intervention work successful for one person and not another? When we are supporting a client with cancer, how do we know what will help them or make them worse? The answer lies in the complex interaction of genetics and environment, and how those genetics and environment can be influenced by nutrition, herb, homeopathic and lifestyle intervention. In this talk, I will teach participants what causes cancer, and the genetic and enzymatic differences that make a person susceptible or favourable for metastasis.  With this information, practitioners will be able to confidently provide nutrition and lifestyle recommendations that will radically impact the cancer outcomes for their clients, and also the way practitioners make their recommendations.

Everfresh  New Range of Breads Proves Less is Definitely Better

Pick an average loaf of bread off a supermarket shelf and you’ll find there can be over 10 ingredients listed on the back, often including preservatives, emulsifiers and ‘flour treatment agents’. It doesn’t have to be this way however, as the exciting new range from Everfresh Natural Foods proves…

Everfresh Sprouted Breads

Read the back of a pack of Everfresh Plain & Simple Wheat Bread and you might be surprised to see a single ingredient listed. The secret to this simplicity is down to the fact the bread is made with 100% sprouted whole wheat grain. This means the grains used to create the bread have been allowed to germinate before being used to produce a dough. The germination process changes the make-up of the grains and allows dough, and ultimately bread, to be made without the need for adding yeast, sugar or even water. The resulting loaf is deliciously moist and can be enjoyed just like ‘normal’ bread, whether slavered in butter and jam or with slices of chicken and salad wedged between two slices to make a healthy sandwich.

The benefits of using sprouted grains don’t just stop with the bread’s taste.  It’s thought that by sprouting grains you could increase some of their nutritional benefits and this is currently an exciting area of nutritional research. The grains used by Everfresh also benefit the environment as they’re grown organically without the use of chemicals or pesticides.

There’s now a full range of sprouted grain breads available from Everfresh. Alongside single ingredient sprouted wheat, spelt and rye breads, there’s a host of different twists on each of these varieties, including Sprouted Wheat Bread with Stem Ginger, Sprouted Spelt Bread with Raisins and Sprouted Sourdough Rye Bread with Mixed Seeds, all of which use less than a handful of natural organic ingredients.

Further Information

A select range of the breads are available from Ocado, leading health food stores and directly from the Everfresh website.  To find out more about the full range of breads and their unique nutritional properties visit www.everfreshnaturalfoods.com

The Cancer Revolution: A Groundbreaking Program to Reverse and Prevent Cancer

by Leigh Erin Connealy MD

Published by Da Capo Lifelong. 2018. Paperback £12.99 / $10.99. ISBN 0738218456.

Integrative health pioneer Dr Leigh Erin Connealy offers her ground-breaking approach to treating (and preventing) cancer, based on 6 Revolutionary Findings. When it comes to cancer, conventional doctors are trained to treat their patients exclusively with surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy. These methods are gruelling on the whole body – and they don't treat beyond the tumour or the cancer itself. The focus is on the disease, not the whole person – and because of this, the outcomes in conventional medicine can be bleak.

Cover The Cancer Revolution

But it doesn't have to be this way. Dr Leigh Erin Connealy has developed a whole-person approach to treating cancer – and these treatments have helped thousands of patients through her Cancer Center for Healing. In The Cancer Revolution Dr Connealy shows you how to get to the root causes of cancer and the practical steps you can take to get back on the path to healing. Chemotherapy and radiation have their place in treatment, but in many cases, they are simply not enough, because cancer isn't caused by one thing, but by many different factors. All of these causes must be addressed, not just the tumour. Drawing upon the homeopathic, nutritional, bioenergetics, regenerative, and antiageing disciplines, The Cancer Revolution offers six ‘Revolutionary Cancer Strategies’ to provide better management of cancer, including:

  • Let Food Be Your Medicine;
  • Get Moving to Get Well;
  • Remove Toxins to Boost Your Health;
  • Reduce Stress and Reclaim Your Life;
  • Harness the Power of Supplements;
  • Strengthen Your Immune System with Sleep.

By detoxifying, protecting, and providing nutrients to our bodies, Dr Connealy suggests that we can all lead longer, higher quality lives – even when faced with this formidable disease. She also highlights how these practices can reduce your risk of getting cancer in the first place.

Leigh Erin Connealy MD is the founder and medical director of the Center for New Medicine and the Cancer Center for Healing in Irvine, California. One of America’s foremost integrative medical doctors, she has been treating patients for nearly thirty years.
