Encore Care Homes has been delivering exceptional quality care services to elderly residents for several years. They currently have 3 high quality homes situated in Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Fareham, and have plans to open a fourth home in Poole next summer. Their purpose is to enrich the lives of all the residents by offering them care, safety, and companionship. Across all  homes, Encore provides care in 5 key areas including long term residential, nursing care, Alzheimer’s and dementia, palliative care, short term rest bite, and day breaks. Every one of Encore’s residents is different which means the care they receive should be too which is why Encore creates distinctive, responsive, and individual care plans for each of our wonderful residents, striving to assist them and help them flourish.

Due to the fact that Encore provides care to individuals with dementia, a condition that is multi-layered and often misunderstood,  they wanted to share some information about it, in the hopes of increasing awareness by helping loved ones to recognize some of the symptoms.
