Kolbjorn Borseth runs Aromantic, a small family company based in Findhorn. The company provides training courses to teach people how to make their own nature friendly products in their own kitchens. Prior to working in Scotland, he was a vegetarian chef at a complementary hospital where he worked with Lily Johnson a Swedish expert in complementary medicine. For 10 years, he worked with her learning how to use herbs and plant ingredients in foods and medicines. His philosophy is simple but effective. "Everything we put on the skin must be edible also. The company provides a huge range of raw materials which are nature friendly, from renewable sources and which do not pollute or damage the environment. Raw materials are mostly from plants, which are cultivated with-out artificial fertilisers, chemicals or processes. Animal based by products such as gelatine and collagen are never used.
