This small group workshop introduces highly effective and practical techniques that help you to reduce the negative impact of stress and to develop resilience, your capacity to stay healthy, be well and perform at your best under pressure and in crisis.

The exercises deepen your capacity to stay calm, appreciative and confident in challenging situations, creating and maintaining physical and emotional balance, health, and sustainable performance.

In a safe and caring environment, and with individual support, these techniques will be practiced together, allowing you to experience the powerful effect of these exercises and to exchange your experiences and explore your questions.

‘Adaptive Resilience’ draws upon the psychology and the physiology of stress and resilience and engages the role of positive emotions, the relationship between your conscious and subconscious mind, and the physiology of coherence. We will explore how to effectively handle issues regarding stress, health, relationships and performance. The techniques will help you to stay and perform well under pressure, through developing responsible and sustainable vision, strategies and values for your own life and the life of others.

Happiness, Health and Success cd

The Audio Training Programme

The Personal Resilience Programme is a cutting edge comprehensive audio training system to reduce stress, improve sleep, sustain high levels of performance and develop resilience. The exercises integrate a number of highly effective and scientifically validated resilience techniques.

These techniques are based on research in the field of mindfulness, positive and motivational psychology, and neuroscience.

The psychoacoustic audio recording on the CD can enhance and train your capacity to focus & relax simultaneously and can also improve your health. You can listen to either of the two tracks either 1x or 2x daily, for example in the morning after rising and in the evening before sleep whilst practicing the ‘Coherence Exercise’ (see page 6). Track 1 and 2 use different ambient music.

Brainwave entrainment (BWE) on track 1 (Engaging) is stronger than track 2 (Empowering), but both tracks contain the same frequencies.

For best results, use the audio programme best for a period of 4 – 12 weeks. Please choose the track you feel most comfortable with or alternate them. Regularly applied for no less than 4 weeks, the ‘Coherence Exercise’ and the music may enhance your capacity to focus, concentrate, and also improve your mood, calmness, sleep, memory, motivation, creativity and energy levels.

Recommended prize: £9.55 plus postage (£1.94 for 1 CD)
