The Gerson Institute
We have featured Gerson in several issues of Positive Health. It's a very tough regime to follow and requires a strong determined will and probably quite a lot of money. Beata Bishop who wrote the book A Time to Heal is mentioned on the site; she wrote an article for our first issue (no more plugs for Positive Health).
