Abstract
CADY and JONES, Department of Management, Bowling Green State University, Ohio 43403-0270, USA evaluated the effectiveness of a 15 minute on-site massage while seated in a chair upon reducing stress, as indicated by blood pressure.

52 employed participants' blood pressures were measured prior to and following a 15-minute massage at work.
Results
There was a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after receiving massage, although there was no control group.
