Positive Health PH Online September 2024 Issue 297 is published 5 Sept 2024. It is hard to imagine the world outlook becoming bleaker or more unfathomable to predict. Events you couldn’t make up or concoct include the sinking of the Bayesian Yacht with the deaths of recently acquitted of fraud charges Mike Lynch and his daughter Hannah lynch, Morgan Stanley International chairman Jonathan Bloomer and his wife Judy, lawyer Chris Morvillo, his wife, jeweller Neda Morvillo, and chef Recaldo Thomas. Even more bizarre to fathom is the separate death of Stephen Chamberlain, Autonomy's former vice president of finance – once Mike Lynch's co-defendant in the same US fraud trial, who died after being hit by a car while out running in Cambridgeshire.
The successful emergence of Kamala Harris – as the first black and Asian-American woman to lead a major party's presidential ticket – as the Democratic Presidential Nominee in the USA’s November 2024 Election has blind-sided Republican Nominee Donald Trump.
Elsewhere around the world, major conflicts continue, including the Middle East – Israel-Gaza and the Ukraine-Russia war.
Here are a number of authoritative sites with a non-mainstream take on health news:
